Disabled Info This parking is perfect for disabled passengers as you won't need to catch a transfer bus. If you need help getting in and out of your vehicle or if you have a specially adapted vehicle please call us and one of our team will contact the Service Provider for you
Please check Service Provider's terms for further insurance details or ask us if you have any queries. Vehicles Vehicle must be in roadworthy condition / legal. If the chauffeur believes that your car is either unsafe or not road legal then they may refuse to drive your car. No refund will be made in these circumstances. NO COMMERCIAL VANS ALLOWED.
Parking is for vehicles that fit in to a standard sized parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Service Provider prior to booking. Amendments /Cancellations:
Allowed up to 72 hours prior to drop off date. Admin charges applicable on cancellations. Check our terms for full details.
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged. Please check Service Provider's terms for rates. Hints, Tips and Additional info Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mail folders. You can also view you booking details in My Booking section.
You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays or breakdowns.
If you are late or early, please call Service Provider as soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop off/return and you are not kept waiting. Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to drop off/ return times.
Park Mark Award/BPA approved Service Providers had their car parks inspected/approved to required standards.
Any parking is at your own risk and subject to service provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in your car.
Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park.

We provides price comparison and acts as booking agent for available Service Providers. Your chosen Service provider will take the vehicle, park to their car park and return the vehicle. You must raise any issues regarding parking service ( Delay, Damage etc. ) with service provider.

Departure procedure:
20 MINUTES BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL: GIVE SURE PARKING A CALL. Sure Parking staff will easily be recognised with branded Orange Jackets. Our meet and greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you.
For SOUTH TERMINAL: When approaching the South Terminal stay in the right-hand lane and follow the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS). Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on your return.
For NORTH TERMINAL: When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of CAR PARK 5 and follow the signs for “Approved Operators Area”. Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.
