If you need help getting in and out of your vehicle or if you have a specially adapted vehicle please call us and one of our team will contact the Service Provider for you Insurance Please check Service Provider's terms for further insurance details or ask us if you have any queries. Vehicles Vehicle must be in roadworthy condition / legal. If the chauffeur believes that your car is either unsafe or not road legal then they may refuse to drive your car. No refund will be made in these circumstances.

From 1st November 2021, Heathrow will be introducing a charge for vehicles dropping off passengers at its Terminals forecourts. A £5 per visit will apply to use the designated drop off zones located directly outside the airport Terminals. The £10 will be collected at the counter at time of departure. Car park Post Code SL3 9NU Parking is for vehicles that fit in to a standard sized parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Service Provider prior to booking. NO HEIGHT RESTRICTION. Keys are left with the car park. Amendments /Cancellations Allowed up to 48 hours prior to drop off date. Admin charges applicable on cancellations.

If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged. Please check Service Provider's terms for rates. Hints ,Tips and Additional info Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mail folders. 
You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays or breakdowns.
If you are late or early, please call Service Provider as soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop off/return and you are not kept waiting.

Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to drop off/ return times. Keys are kept with the car park.
Park Mark Award/BPA approved Service Providers had their car parks inspected/approved to required standards.
Any parking is at your own risk and subject to service provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in your car.
Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park.

We provide price comparison and acts as booking agents for available Service Providers. Your chosen Service provider will take the vehicle, park to their car park and return the vehicle. You must raise any issues regarding parking service ( Delay, Damage etc. ) with service provider.

Departure procedure:

  • Please Call the number provided in booking confirmation when you are 20 minutes away from the car park.

    When you arrive, park your car in one of the arrival bays where a staff will be available to attend you. On completion of all procedures, you will be transferred to the terminal which will take around 15-20 minutes. Car park opening times are 4:30 am till Midnight. Keys are left with the car park.

Arrival procedure:

  • Terminal 2 : Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us call. Make your way to the pick up area on Level 4 short stay car. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.

    Terminal 3 : Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us call. Make your way to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, Row A. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.

    Terminal 4 : Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. The shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 1.

    Terminal 5 : Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to Level 4 short stay car park, the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or Row S.
