If you need help getting in and out of your vehicle or if you have a specially adapted vehicle please call us and one of our team will contact the Service Provider for you Insurance All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. Heathrow short stay car park charges are not inclusive in the price.
Please check Service Provider's terms for further insurance details or ask us if you have any queries. Vehicles Vehicle must be in roadworthy condition / legal. If the chauffeur believes that your car is either unsafe or not road legal then they may refuse to drive your car. No refund will be made in these circumstances.
Parking is for vehicles that fit in to a standard sized parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Service Provider prior to booking. Amendments /Cancellations: Allowed up to 48 hours prior to drop off date. Admin charges applicable on cancellations. Check our terms for full details.
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged. Please check Service Provider's terms for rates. Hints,Tips and Additional info Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mail folders. You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays or breakdowns.
If you are late or early, please call Service Provider as soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop off/return and you are not kept waiting. Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to drop off/ return times.
Park Mark Award/BPA approved Service Providers had their car parks inspected/approved to required standards.
Any parking is at your own risk and subject to service provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in your car.
Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park.

Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding across all London boroughs including Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023. If you drive anywhere within the ULEZ, including the Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will have to pay a charge of £12.50. Please make sure to setup AUTO PAY when coming to the airport to avoid any penalty tickets. The operator will not be liable in case you receive a penalty for not paying the ULEZ charge.
Departure procedure:
Terminal 2: Postcode: TW6 1EW
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
Once you are on the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Please make sure you are in lane 5 or 6, (towards the ticket machine), which will take you to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park. Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the carp ark. Once you enter the car park on Level 4, keep to the RIGHT following the signs for 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet' and then please park your car in "Row B".
Terminal 3: Postcode: TW6 3QG
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW 'A'
Terminal 4: Postcode: TW6 3XA
When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, 'Departure Passenger Dropp Off', as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked 'Permit Holders' park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details.
Terminal 5: Postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for 'Short stay Car Park' found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones 'R'-'S'. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as 'Off Airport Meet & Greet'
